01 / AMBITO
| 3 | Volume e formato | JSON strutturato.
/.well-known/data-catalogSenza autenticazione restituisce i metadati generali. Con un JWT valido include i dataset e i dispositivi accessibili all’utente.
04 / DATI GENERATI
| Categoria | Esempi e formato | Unità / valori | Frequenza e volume | Conservazione |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dati di prodotto | Temperature, setpoint, umidità, segnale, uscite, relè/stati, modalità e riscaldamento/raffrescamento. JSON. | °C, %, dBm o scala del modello, booleani/enumerazioni. | Aggiornamento ogni 5 minuti; circa 200 KB/mese. | Valore corrente per realtime; storico cloud: 7 giorni. |
JSON. | Valori stringa serializzati secondo il modello. | Quota variabile nell’ordine di pochi KB in base ai comandi inviati dall’app. | 7 giorni quando presenti nello storico. |
| Metadati | ID tecnico, produttore, modello, descrizione e struttura dei dataset. | Stringhe e oggetti JSON.
07 / RIFERIMENTO API

| 9 | Related services and assistants | The Data Holder’s cloud is the related service. Virtual assistants and OEM apps, where enabled, access data through OAuth2 at the user’s request; support and available data depend on the integration and catalogue. |
03 / COVERED PRODUCTS
Only products and devices returned by the authenticated catalogue for the user’s account are covered. This page is not a complete commercial product list and does not assume that every model generates all data categories.
/.well-known/data-catalogWithout authentication it returns general metadata. With a valid JWT it includes the datasets and devices accessible to the user.
04 / GENERATED DATA
All covered data made available is Raw Data readily available to the data holder. Inferred, derived, enriched or otherwise further-processed data is not included.
| Category | Examples and format | Units / values | Frequency and volume | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Product data | Temperatures, setpoints, humidity, signal, outputs, relays/states, operating mode and heating/cooling. JSON. | °C, %, dBm or model scale, booleans/enumerations. | Updated every 5 minutes; approximately 200 KB/month. | Current value for realtime; cloud history: 7 days. |
| Related service data | Readily available operating parameters associated with the device. JSON. | String values serialised according to the model. | Variable amount in the order of a few KB depending on commands sent from the app. | 7 days when included in history. |
| Metadata | Technical ID, manufacturer, model, description and dataset structure. | Strings and JSON objects. | Updated when catalogue, associations or configuration change. | For the duration of the relationship and applicable obligations. |
Actual availability, units and identifiers must be read from the catalogue for the specific model. The API does not guarantee that every field is present for every product.
05 / ACCESS
Sign in with the account associated with the devices and open the personal token page.
Create a JWT, copy it once and store it like a password. Never place it in public web pages, tickets or repositories.
Use Authorization: Bearer <JWT> to obtain the authorised datasets and device identifiers.
Use GET /v1/thermostats/telemetry for current values from all accessible devices. Use GET /v1/thermostats/{deviceId}/history for one device’s history.
Revoke the token in the portal. Revocation of a third-party authorisation follows the flow in the next section.
06 / SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
The user may authorise a third-party application through OAuth2. The application redirects the user to the Data Holder authorisation page; after consent, it receives a code to exchange server-side for a token. Application credentials and tokens must not be exposed in the browser or shared with unauthorised parties.
https://oauth2.seitron.xyz/authVerified application path: /authhttps://oauth2.seitron.xyz/api/v1/tokenVerified path: POST /api/v1/tokenPersonal tokens can be revoked in the token portal. Full integration revocation is handled by the OAuth service. The third party must use data only for purposes agreed with the user, protect it and erase it when no longer needed. Commercial and security terms between the Data Holder and the third party are governed separately.
07 / API REFERENCE
